Syndication 

Our Syndication program offers the smaller property investor with limited available capital the opportunity to invest in commercial, retail and industrial properties that would otherwise be out of reach financially. Each property Syndication is unique and has a different structure. Our syndication specialist can help you explain what program works best for you.

Criteria for Purchase

1. Added value projects, including commercial, retail, multi-family residential, adaptive reuse, primarily in western states
2. Under-developed shopping centers
3. Commercially zoned corner lots
4. Mixed-used development projects
5. Sites for mini storages with upside potential
6. Land and/or run-down apartment buildings with R3, R4, or R5   zoning for condominium development.
7. Multi-family condominium projects with approved tract map for 75-300 units.
