Scheduling:
∙ Establish and update Construction Schedule utilizing input from trade contractors and actual field conditions.
∙ Sequence work so as to maintain the schedule.
Coordination:
∙ Manage and Coordinate the work of the trade contractors. Ensure constructability of work, materials and equipment.
∙ Review and process submittals, communicating vital information to affected trade contractors.
Budgeting:
∙ Review and approve trade contractors’ schedules of values and progress payments.
∙ Resolve contract issues, including change orders, and perform budget updates accordingly.
Quality:
∙ Prepare and ensure compliance with the project quality control program.
Safety:
∙ Prepare and ensure compliance with the project safety program.
Communications:
∙ Set up and maintain communications with owner, architect, and trade contractors, including but not limited to, periodic meetings, correspondence and e-mail to ensure a successful project.
